Biology Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)

We're looking for biology experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex biology — from cellular mechanisms to advanced biotech concepts.

- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Identify gaps and weaknesses in AI outputs across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
- Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks and improve model performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Robust scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation and feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI or language model workflows
- Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology)
