We're looking for biology experts to help train and evaluate some of the world's most advanced AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex biological concepts — from molecular mechanisms to systems-level thinking.

What You'll Do

- Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with scientifically sound logic and explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance

Who You Are

- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry,



or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed

Nice to Have

- Experience in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Background in research, lab work, or academic writing
- Familiarity with areas such as genetics, cell biology, physiology, or biochemistry
