Agile/Scrum methodologies . Robust stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills. Experience with UX/design tools such as

Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind . Experience with

Service Design frameworks and design systems

Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL)
