Steady Growth Collective is looking for a part-time ABA therapist / instructor therapist to support home-based sessions in West Brampton.

This role may be a good fit for someone who is interested in naturalistic, relationship-based ABA and wants to work closely with a Registered Behaviour Analyst in a supportive, reflective supervision model.

About the work: Steady Growth Collective provides home-based therapy and caregiver coaching for children with autism and developmental needs. Sessions are play-based, child-led where appropriate, and focused on communication, engagement, flexibility, daily routines, and meaningful skill development.

Location: West Brampton home sessions.

Weekends Evenings Early weekday mornings around 9:00 AM

The person I’m looking for:



Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays Comfortable providing therapy in family homes Open to parent presence and caregiver coaching models Reliable, warm, playful, and flexible Interested in learning through modelling, feedback, and ongoing supervision Comfortable with a naturalistic approach rather than only table-based programming Access to transportation is strongly preferred
