Duties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and forecasting financial needs
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review




- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
- Robust understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
