This volunteer role supports the valuable work established over 40 years, ensuring accountability and decolonization in services provided. Engage in key strategic processes to uplift marginalized voices in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective governance and strategic oversight
- Develop partnerships to enhance sex workers' rights
- Attend monthly board and additional committee meetings
- Guide financial decision-making processes
- Facilitate community engagement and outreach Requirements:
- Lived experience in sex work or social justice sectors
- Skills in non-profit governance or financial management
- Understanding of legal frameworks relevant to BC
- Reside in the Lower Mainland/Vancouver
- Availability for 5-10 hours monthly Utilize your skills and background to foster change and empowerment through WISH's impactful initiatives.
