- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports for review.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employee payments are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and helping prepare financial forecasts.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies through diligent recordkeeping and documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear reports for management review.
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices, budgeting, and account analysis techniques.
- Prior experience in a part-time bookkeeping or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is valued.
