:

· Working with a team workplace to produce high quality client deliverables;

· Preparing monthly bank and account reconciliations;

· Preparation and submission of payroll;





· Preparation of CRA and WCB Remittances;

· Preparing reporting for clients including monthly financial statements; and

· Assisting with the year end files

Work experience, education and skills:

· Entry level knowledge of accounting software and payroll

· Comfortable learning new computer software

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people and projects

· Exceptional time management skills to prioritize multiple projects / tasks and meet deadlines

· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

· Intermediate computer skills and comfortable learning new software

· High school, college or university education

Salary is dependent on the experience of the selected candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
