What you’ll do

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Bookkeeper is responsible for:

- Assisting the Partners and accountants with data entry.
- Liaising with clients to gather documents and clarify financial information.
- Tracking, collection and recording of revenues and expenses for clients.
- Preparing government remittances.
- Preparing payroll services for clients.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processing
- Other duties assigned.

This is a full-time position (35hours/week).

Who you are

You are looking for a career in accounting and:
- You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
- You have proven bookkeeping experience, preferable in a public accounting or professional




- services environment.
- You are proficient in accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero.
- You possess a strong attention to detail.
- You possess a sound education background.
