We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to support our finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software and possess strong bookkeeping skills to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare Personal taxes, HST return, Corporation Income tax return and T4/T5 using ProFile software.
- Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as MS Office, QuickBooks and ProFile
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify financial accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Support payroll processing and related documentation using Quickbook
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MS Office,QuickBooks and ProFile is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with payroll processing and related accounting functions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and account analysis accurately
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
