Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and support budgeting efforts
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
- Reconcile accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review




- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Skills

- Proficiency in popular accounting software including Sage, ADP
- Robust knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors
- Knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements is a plus
