Duties

- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods with precision and creativity using cake decorating techniques.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling products to meet quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper handling and sanitation procedures.
- Package baked goods attractively for retail display or customer takeout, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory levels, and cleaning work areas regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of all baked items.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a tourier or baker with strong cake decorating skills.
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
- Skilled in food preparation techniques including baking, cooking, and packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Kitchen experience involving food safety standards is highly desirable.
