Key Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs
- Knowledgeable in food hygiene and safety
- Food Safety Course
- Customer service skills

Responsibilities: * Attend to hotel guest food needs, requests and concerns
- Knowledge of weekly breakfast menu
- Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere
- Food preparation
- Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner
- Wiping up spills and maintaining the cleanliness of all appliances and counter space
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use




- Returning reusable supplies to storage
- Responsible for taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day
- Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations
- Work as a team member in aspects such as: cleaning, side work, food preparation and storage

Job Type: Part time / Full-time We are looking for someone who has a passion for the tourism industry and also has kitchen/food experience. The Sydney Boutique is a 5-star Inn and we do our best to maintain this level. We want someone who enjoys there work and is creative in meal planning.
