Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and responsible usage practices
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Upsell complementary products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, including age verification and product labeling standards
- Handle heavy lifting of inventory shipments and stock replenishment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory records through filing, computer operation, and Microsoft Excel updates
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and building rapport

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Ability to perform safe lifting practices and handle physical demands of stock management
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
- Organizational skills for filing, inventory management, and merchandising tasks
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Basic computer skills for operating retail software systems and digital devices
