At Golden Harvest we have an established reputation for providing customers with high quality service and offering them compliant knowledge to help aid them in their purchases. Our menu hosts over 300+ cannabis products and is continuously growing. We also carry roughly 800 various accessories.

We have also distinguished our retail environment with a complimentary coffee bar that is available to all patrons – barista experience would be an asset but is not required. You will be trained in the duties of a barista within this role.

The chosen candidate will be someone who demonstrates a willingness to learn and an understanding of cannabis retail. We are a provincially authorized cannabis retailer meaning CannSell certification and a current criminal record check will be required.

Responsibilities

- Verifying customer’s age via the means of valid identification
- Assisting customers by providing information about our menu of assorted cannabis products
- Preparing and processing customer orders through a computer-based Point of Sale System




- Ensuring debit and credit transactions are processed to completion
- Accurate cash handling during transactions with customers
- Completing transactions with verification in a product queue to maintain inventory and accuracy
- Preparing assorted coffee beverages for customers
- General cleaning duties of the sales floor, employee areas, coffee bar, and stock room
- Provide customer service with a level of enthusiasm the upholds our reputation
- Handling delicate smoking glassware of various sizes
- Reliable means of ways to work as the business is located on Nipissing First Nation
- Able to work up-to 10 hours
