Eataly Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant AGM in daily operations of our full-service restaurant. You will oversee front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities include hiring support, incident resolution, health and safety compliance, and budget monitoring. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior Italian cuisine/beverage knowledge is a plus.
