Key Responsibilities: • Oversee delivery timelines for the Agile Release Train • Facilitate ART rhythm through effective ceremonies • Coordinate PI Planning and monitor objectives and dependencies • Resolve systemic blockers to enhance collaboration • Apply metrics to improve delivery flow and team dynamics
Requirements: • Minimum 10 years in Agile frameworks or related positions • Experience with integrated software systems • Expertise in facilitation and stakeholder management • Must have Secure RTE certification • Familiar with Azure DevOps and Monday.com
