Position : Maintenance person - building Salary : $34.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Permanent employment, Full time The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste. The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersonsfor major repairs. The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.

The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. The candidate must perform otherroutine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation. The candidate should be organized and adaptable in nature.
