The Opportunity
Ready to lead restoration projects that shape the buildings people live and work in every day? Our client, a 100+ employee firm delivering restoration, structural, and building science solutions across Canada, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Building Restoration Consulting Team. You will be owning projects from design through delivery, with the mentorship and support of a Project Principal behind you.
What You’ll Love
Own the vision, not just the execution:
This isn't a role where you're just handed a scope and told to execute. You'll oversee every phase of a project: from initial design and proposal development through construction and delivery. You’ll chair client meetings, shaping technical direction, and directly influencing how projects come together from start to finish.
A career built to grow, with real mentorship behind it:
Work under the guidance of a Project Principal while building your own reputation. You’ll represent the company at industry events, building trusted relationships with clients and contractors, and mentoring junior engineers as you grow into greater ownership over time.
Compensation built for the long game:
With a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Care Spending and Wellness Accounts, you'll also have the eventual opportunity to become a shareholder in a thriving, growing company. This is true ownership in the results you help create, not just a paycheck for producing them.
