Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: Long Term contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in Broadridge GLOSS and IMPACT platforms to support business transformation, system enhancements, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of securities processing, trade lifecycle management, and Broadridge applications, coupled with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Broadridge GLOSS and IMPACT platforms.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend system and process improvements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and gap analyses.




- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of enhancements within GLOSS and IMPACT.
- Provide production support and assist in troubleshooting complex business and system issues.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, and Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Broadridge GLOSS and IMPACT platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with Broadridge implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.
