We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst to support a large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) / Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and clinical standardization initiative.

The resource will work closely with clinical experts, healthcare providers, project teams, and stakeholders to gather and validate clinical requirements, facilitate workshops, analyze business processes, develop user stories/use cases, and create detailed clinical documentation and solution deliverables. The role will also support clinical content build, validation and testing, implementation activities, and adoption of clinical standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in acute-care digital health transformation, specifically involving clinical documentation and therapeutics, along with strong facilitation, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Must-Have / Significant Skill Set

- 5+ years as a Clinical Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst with hands-on experience in clinical documentation requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use-case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design, and Business Analysis documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in a large-scale acute-care digital health transformation / CIS implementation, with direct experience building or implementing a Clinical Information System (CIS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Experience as a Business Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst developing clinical deliverables supporting therapeutics — this is a particularly important requirement.
- Strong experience with clinical requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, process/workflow analysis,



user stories, use cases, and detailed solution/process documentation.
- Experience working directly with clinical experts and healthcare providers to identify, validate, and articulate business and system requirements.
- Experience supporting clinical documentation, therapeutic services, or therapeutics within an acute-care healthcare environment. Experience with CPOE, order sets, clinical documentation, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, or Laboratory services is an added advantage.
- Ability to support clinical content build, validation, testing, implementation, and deployment within a CIS/EHR environment.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders at different levels.
- 5+ years working across multiple teams/projects or workstreams, demonstrating strong organization, multitasking, and self-direction.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and Atlassian JIRA in a project environment.

Strong Differentiators

- Previous experience with public health authorities and a strong understanding of the public healthcare environment, policies, and practices.
- New Brunswick healthcare system experience is specifically advantageous.
- French + English bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Experience with CPOE, order sets, clinical documentation, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, or Lab/ancillary services will strengthen the profile.

Education: University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of applicable education and experience.
