Senior Project Manager CSITR (6 Month Contract)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Pilot Project within a public sector transportation policing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.
Experience within policing, public safety, justice, digital evidence management, or body-worn camera initiatives is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather business and functional requirements.
- Analyze current-state business processes and develop future-state process models.
- Identify business, data, integration, and interface requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solution and system requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate existing solutions.
- Validate analysis deliverables and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support project planning activities and contribute to project deliverables.
- Assist with solution selection, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis and process improvement experience.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and recommend solutions.
- Experience delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience conducting feasibility assessments and supporting technology roadmaps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio.
- Experience using SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a policing, public safety, or justice-sector workplace.
- Experience with digital evidence management platforms and/or body-worn camera programs.
- Knowledge of government Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
- CBAP or CCBA certification is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of project governance and project management methodologies.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience using data to support decision-making.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work environment with a combination of onsite and remote work.
- Occasional travel within the Greater Vancouver area may be required.
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on project requirements.
Note: This role requires successful completion of an Enhanced Police Security Clearance process prior to assignment Note; this is an opportunity with a Microserve client.
