Experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.

Expertise in Agile delivery methodology, including user story creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT support, and participation in Scrum ceremonies.

Solid experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and business process analysis.

Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and data mapping documents.

Working experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment Banking domains is preferred.

Experience in investment account opening, client onboarding, KYC, suitability assessment, or trading platforms is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and production issue analysis.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence (mandatory).

Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
