Title: Business and Systems Advisor – French Speaker

Duration: 29 months with possible extension – 40 hours/week

Location: Montreal – 2 days/week on-site

Pay Rate: CAD $95 - $100/hr – Incorporated Basis The candidate must possess the following qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, including experience in a functional role.
- Excellent French communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project experience in functional systems support, including incident management, in-depth analysis and diagnosis of issues, requiring the identification of technical components and coordination of their resolution.
- Valuable understanding of application components, integrations, data flows, and digital systems architecture.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience in business process modeling and transformation.
- Experience in opportunity analysis and in the development and implementation of information systems projects.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.

ASSETS / NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of contract management in the construction industry.
- Business Analysis certification.
- Experience working in a matrix organizational environment
