The Business Development Manager works closely with leadership to ensure strong territory performance, effective partner support, and consistent execution of Tuff’s sales strategy.

This role also requires strong experience within the building‑envelope community — including roofing, decking, exterior systems, and the contractor, consultant, and specifier networks that influence project decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and grow existing customers

- Increase Tufdek market share in the territory
- Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget
- Provide timely updates on market trends, competitor activity, and any dealer request related to pricing or payment terms
- Present Tufdek products and programs to dealers, contractors, consultants, and end users on a weekly basis
- Deliver Product Knowledge (PK) presentations to dealers, contractors, and consultants as part of regular field activity

- Collaborate with our authorized trainer to help facilitate new-dealer training sessions and ensure customers are prepared from a sales/product-knowledge standpoint
- Follow up on inquiries from customers or Tuff administration in a timely fashion
- Submittal of intelligence Reports in a timely fashion
- Participate in trade shows, regional events, and industry functions to represent the Tufdek brand and support territory growth
- Investigation and processing of product quality complaints in territory
- Travel outside of Ontario may be required to support company events, training, and broader territory needs
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
