Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, organized and resourceful Business Development & Operations Associate to work closely with our leadership team and help grow and support our businesses.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to, qualify and follow up with incoming business leads
- Generate new opportunities through calls, email, networking and partnerships
- Manage our sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up
- Assist with proposals, client relationships and business development
- Help grow our clinic management, healthcare services and construction divisions
- Support operational projects and develop better internal processes and SOPs
- Help implement AI, automation and technology to improve efficiency
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with external agencies
- Assist with physician recruitment and clinic-related projects
- Provide occasional MOA/administrative coverage at our medical clinics when required

What We’re Looking For

- Healthcare, medical office or healthcare administration experience strongly preferred




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with physicians, clinic owners and prospective clients
- Comfortable with sales, outbound calls and consistent lead follow-up
- Highly organized with robust follow-through
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Strong technology skills and interest in AI and automation
- Experience with medical clinics, EMRs or medical administration is an asset
- Must be willing to learn our clinic workflows and provide MOA coverage when required
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to clinic locations as needed

Compensation $45,000–$55,000 base + performance-based commission

Strong performers will have significant opportunities for increased earnings, responsibility and advancement as the company grows.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
