What we do

Glowtify is an AI-powered marketing platform built for industrial B2B SMBs: manufacturers, distributors and contractors with 10 to 200 employees, across Quebec and the US Midwest. Our customers are solid businesses built on relationships, referrals and trade shows, and they have never had a marketing person in-house. We give them a digital presence that works while they run production.

The role

You are the first voice our prospects hear, whether they came looking for us or we went looking for them. In practice:

- Phone first. Between 60 and 100 dials a day to owners, general managers and sales directors at industrial companies. This is the core of the job. If dialing 400 numbers a week sounds discouraging, this is not the right role for you.
- Inbound speed to lead. People fill out our forms and click our ads every week, and most of them never get called fast enough anywhere else. You call them back within minutes, not hours, qualify them properly, and get them on a calendar. These are your warmest conversations and they are yours to convert.
- Email sequences as support. You run the follow-up sequences in Instantly: cadence, testing, and the day-to-day of keeping them moving. You are not writing in a vacuum. Our Content team and our CRO work with you on messaging and copy, and the technical setup (domains, deliverability, list building) is handled by our team. You own the conversation.
- Trade shows. Our market still lives at trade shows. You work the three weeks before each event to fill our closers' calendars with confirmed on-site meetings,

then follow up with every contact within 48 hours of the doors closing. Two to four trips a year, Quebec and US Midwest.
- CRM discipline. Everything documented in HubSpot. No ghost pipeline.
- You report to the CRO and you feed one account executive and one cofounder directly. What you book gets worked the same week.

What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years in outbound with real call volume, not just email and LinkedIn.
- Skilled French and English, spoken and written. See the language note below.
- The ability to hold your own with a 58-year-old plant owner who has zero interest in digital marketing. SaaS jargon does not work here.
- Resilience. High rejection rate, long cycle.
- Follow-through: clean lists, current notes, follow-ups done on the day they are due.

Helpful but not required: background in manufacturing, industrial distribution or construction; experience selling to owner-operated SMBs; hands-on time in Instantly, Apollo or equivalent. What we do not require: a SaaS pedigree or a specific degree. We look at what you have actually produced on the phone.

The number

Steady state is 15 to 20 held qualified meetings per month, which is 4 to 5 a week, tracked separately for inbound-sourced and outbound-sourced. We say it up front because you will hear it in the first interview anyway. Ramp to it looks like this:

- Month 1: master the pitch, the three target verticals and the product. Inbound follow-up from week 1, first cold calls in week 1. First meetings booked in week 3-4.
- Month 2: full call volume, building toward 10 meetings booked.
- Month 3 and beyond: 15 to 20 held qualified meetings per month.
