Business Development Representative — Remote

What you’ll do
Find the right companies, get them on the phone, and book meetings that turn into revenue. Cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn — whatever moves the needle. You own your list, your outreach, and your numbers. Tell us what’s working and what isn’t, and we’ll actually change it.
Compensation
$50,000 base + uncapped commission plus recurring commission on the account for 16 months — you get paid every month the client stays, not once at signature. Realistic year-one OTE: $85,000–$110,000.
What you need
- 3+ years as a BDR/SDR with a track record you can talk through
- Comfort picking up the phone — this isn’t an email-only seat
- CRM discipline. If it’s not logged, it didn’t happen.
- Self-management. Remote means nobody is watching you dial.
What moves you to the top of the pile
- You’ve sold to general contractors or multi-crew home services operators — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration. Companies with a dispatcher, an ops manager, and real headcount, not a guy with a truck.
- You know how to work a deal where the owner, the ops lead, and sometimes a CFO all have a say.
- You’ve built a list from scratch and made it work.
