We're looking for an experienced BI Lead to lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Key Skills:
✅ 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience
✅ 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development
✅ Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service & Desktop
✅ DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling, Semantic Models
✅ Solid SQL skills
✅ Azure Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADLS, Snowflake
✅ DevOps/CI-CD experience
✅ Experience leading onsite/offshore teams
Responsibilities:
- Lead Power BI development and delivery teams
- Design enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams
- Establish Power BI governance, security, and best practices
- Optimize report performance and support production environments
