Seeking a Business Operations, Process and Benefits Realization Specialist

Client: Private Sector

Location: Victoria, BC (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 years initially, potential for 2 additional years

He Or She Should Be Able To Support Modernization Activities In a Live Operational Environment Where Service Continuity, Customer Impact, Employee Impact, And Adoption Risks Must Be Carefully Managed. Specifically, The Vendor Will Provide The Following Services

- Business requirements elicitation and documentation, including stakeholder engagement, facilitation of requirements gathering workshops, validation of business requirements, and creation of business requirements documents;
- Creation of current- and future- state process maps to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improved efficiencies;
- Process re-engineering, including workshop facilitation, structured process design for optimal efficiency and strategic alignment, and support for deployment and operationalization;
- Business impact assessments (BIA), including conducting BIAs and producing comprehensive BIA documents that include current state to future state impacts, any regulatory dependencies, and any conflicts with strategic priorities;
- Modernization project support from design through implementation,



including preparation and maintenance of relevant project documentation and artifacts.

Benefits realization planning and support, including development of benefit realization plans with defined deliverables, measurable benefits, reinforcement activities, and sustainment; and

- Knowledge asset creation and learning support, including the creation of procedures, adult learning program design, and training materials for instructor-led or virtual training.
