Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Data Management Analyst to join a leading Asset Management organization. This individual will play a key role in establishing and maintaining trusted investment data across the enterprise by supporting data quality controls, governance processes, and security master operations within a modern investment data platform.

Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams, the successful candidate will help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical investment data that supports portfolio management, trading, reporting, performance measurement, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Execute daily data quality monitoring, exception management, and data validation activities across critical investment data domains.
- Support the governance and maintenance of Security Master, pricing, reference data, benchmark data, positions, transactions, and corporate actions.
- Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation efforts with business and technology teams.
- Define, maintain, and enhance data quality rules, validation checks, and operational controls.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain trusted "golden source" investment data.
- Support data ownership, stewardship, and governance initiatives across Asset Management.
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards, KPI reporting, and exception management metrics.
- Collaborate with external vendors including Bloomberg, FactSet, custodians, and market data providers.
- Contribute to ongoing data modernization initiatives leveraging Databricks and Microsoft Azure.

Required Qualifications




- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Quality, Security Master, Investment Operations, or Data Governance.
- Experience working within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Pension Funds, Investment Management, or Capital Markets environments.
- Strong understanding of investment data domains, including:
- Security Master
- Reference Data
- Pricing & Valuation Data
- Benchmarks
- Positions & Holdings
- Transaction Data
- Corporate Actions
- Proven experience performing data validation, exception management, and data quality controls.
- Solid SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with investment platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, BNY Eagle, or similar systems.
- Exposure to Databricks and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience supporting data governance, stewardship, or enterprise data management initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience building or supporting enterprise data quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of multi-asset investment products.
- Python, Spark, or automation experience.
- Experience with data lineage, metadata management, or master data management initiatives.
- Exposure to both Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses.
- Experience supporting Security Master transformation programs.
