About The Role

Mine & Yours is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Buying Intern to support our Buying team in sourcing, curating, and managing luxury resale inventory. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the buying lifecycle, including product evaluation, market research, pricing, inventory management, and supplier relationships.

Working closely with our Buyers and cross-functional teams, you’ll gain insight into how luxury products move from acquisition to customer experience while developing a strong understanding of the resale market. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, fashion-focused, and excited to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role.

What You’ll Do

Buying & Product Support

- Support the Buying team with product research, evaluation, and inventory preparation.
- Assist with reviewing luxury items to assess brand, condition, market value, resale potential,



and authentication.
- Support product organization and documentation to ensure accurate inventory information.
- Develop knowledge of luxury brands, categories, trends, and resale market dynamics.

Market Research & Pricing
- Research current market trends, competitor activity, and product performance.
- Assist with pricing analysis to support informed buying decisions.
- Track product demand and customer preferences to identify opportunities within inventory.

Operations & Inventory Management
- Support daily buying operations, including inventory organization, data entry, and system updates.
- Assist with maintaining accurate product information across internal systems.
- Collaborate with Buying, Authentication, Inventory, Sales, and E-commerce teams to support effective product flow.

Supplier & Team Collaboration
- Support supplier and client interactions by assisting with communication and follow-ups.
- Learn the fundamentals of building strong supplier relationships within the luxury resale industry.
- Share product insights and observations with the broader team.

Projects & Learning Opportunities




- Support team initiatives and special projects that improve buying processes and business performance.
- Gain exposure to the full luxury resale lifecycle, from acquisition to customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to support the growth of the business.

Who You Are

- Mandarin language proficiency is required.
- Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or certification in Fashion, Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, resale, sustainability, and consumer trends.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Comfortable working with data, research, and digital tools.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, customer service, or e-commerce is an asset.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends is considered an asset.
