Torati Cabinet Inc. is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Millworker to join our team in Port Coquitlam.

We specialize in custom cabinetry and millwork for residential and commercial projects, including kitchens, closets, vanities, storage systems, wall panels, and other custom architectural millwork.

We are looking for someone with solid cabinet-making experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team from fabrication through final installation.

Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinets and architectural millwork.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, dimensions, and material specifications.
- Cut, machine, edge-band, drill, assemble, and finish cabinet components.
- Install cabinet hardware, drawers, hinges, shelving systems, accessories, and related components.
- Operate cabinet-making machinery and power tools safely and accurately, including CNC equipment, edge banders, panel saws, table saws, drilling equipment, and hand tools.
- Check completed components for dimensions, alignment, finish, and overall quality.
- Prepare completed cabinetry and millwork for delivery.
- Assist with loading, delivery, and handling of finished products.
- Participate in on-site installation of kitchens, closets, vanities, custom millwork, and other cabinetry.
- Make adjustments and modifications during installation when required.
- Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams to complete work accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of cabinet-making, millwork, or closely related experience.
- Knowledge of cabinet construction and custom millwork.
- Experience using cabinet-making machinery, power tools, and hand tools.




- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.
- Strong measuring and mathematical skills.
- Good understanding of cabinet hardware, assembly methods, and installation techniques.
- Ability to produce accurate, clean, high-quality work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments during fabrication and installation.
- Experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
- Experience with custom residential and commercial millwork is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the production and installation team.
