Job Summary

Join our team as a Cabinet Sales Associate selling high-quality, locally made, Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinetry. You will guide clients through product selection, generate estimates, and build lasting customer relationships. This position offers hourly pay plus a monthly sales bonus in a vibrant retail environment.

Duties

- Engage customers through inside sales to determine their cabinetry needs.

- Produce accurate, itemized estimates from client-supplied designs.

- Process POS transactions, handle cash, and manage client accounts.

- Build client rapport through effective communication and product knowledge to maximize sales.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness, functionality, and organization.

- Provide exceptional service through product demos, inquiry resolution, and assembly guidance.

- Accurately pull and fulfill customer orders from warehouse inventory, as well as assist in loading customers' vehicles.

- Restock warehouse inventory as needed.

- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors.

Requirements

- Experience in retail sales, outside sales,



or customer service within the renovation or construction industry preferred.

- Cabinetmaking background considered a strong asset.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; multilingual abilities a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

- Familiarity with POS systems, QuickBooks, cash handling, and basic math.

- Experience managing client accounts and following up on open estimates.

- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, and cabinetry highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and varied duties.

- Ability to comfortably lift 30-50 lbs.

- Comfortable working alone or alongside other employees.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
