Join our manufacturing team as a Cabinet Sprayer/Finisher, where your skills will bring craftsmanship and precision to life! In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishes and protective coatings to cabinetry components, ensuring a high-quality, polished final product. Your knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with hand and power tools will help us deliver exceptional results.

Duties

- Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and prepping to ensure optimal finish adhesion.
- Operate spray equipment and hand tools to apply stains, paints, lacquers, or other finishes with precision and consistency.
- Inspect finished cabinets for quality, color uniformity, and smoothness; make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools, disposing of waste materials properly, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in assembly and finishing processes as needed,



supporting overall production flow.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency throughout the finishing process.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with spray finishing techniques in a manufacturing or woodworking environment preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of spray equipment, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cranes, and forklifts is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions related to cabinetry finishing processes.
- Solid attention to detail with an eye for quality control standards.
- Familiarity with machining processes and assembly techniques is a plus.

We are not located right in Beaumont as the address description indicates but rather Leduc County ( 5 mins outside Beaumont). There is no bus services to this location so having your own transportation is a requirement. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
