Hi Design Custom Cabinetry is a family-owned business established over 30 years ago, focusing on higher-end residential millwork. We are in Delta, BC, near the Massey Tunnel, and are committed to producing exceptional custom cabinetry with outstanding craftsmanship.

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of the cabinetry/millwork industry. The candidate would be expected to work with our project manager and Production Manager to prioritize projects, lead and manage the shop team and streamline production.

They would also be expected to assist in the shop with specialty hardware (like pocket doors) or custom fabrication (like decorative hood-fans) and other more complex tasks.

Requirements

· Work with the Project Manager and Production Manager to prioritize projects and production schedules.

· Lead, manage, and support the shop team.

· Keep production running efficiently and help improve workflow.

· Read and interpret shop drawings.

· Assist with complex fabrication and specialty hardware, including pocket doors, decorative range hoods,



and other custom millwork.

· Operate woodworking machinery and maintain a safe, organized shop.

Responsibilities

· Experience in custom cabinetry and millwork.

· Leadership or supervisory experience in a cabinet shop.

· Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and woodworking equipment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Reliable, organized, and quality-focused.
