Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Mid-Level Cabinet Maker / Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded craftsman who is equally comfortable setting up automated machinery, assembling high-quality millwork, and delivering a flawless final installation in office.

Key Responsibilities

- Machinery Setup & Operation: Independently set up, run, and maintain CNC routers and automated edge banders safely and efficiently.
- Assembly & Fabrication: Build and assemble custom cabinetry, vanities, and millwork using standard shop tools, hardware, and adhesives.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and accurately interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and blueprints with minimal supervision.
- On-Site Installation: Transport finished products to job sites, and professionally install custom cabinets, trim, and millwork.

· Quality Control & Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on shop equipment and ensure all finished work meets our high-quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cabinet making and machinery operation.
- Machinery Skills: Proven, hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC routers and edge banders.
- Driver’s License:



Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (abstract required upon hire) to operate company delivery vehicles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, handle heavy materials, and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Gear: Must own reliable steel-toed work boots.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, punctual, and comfortable communicating with clients during installations.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
