Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers • Manage project budgets and performance targets • Develop recent opportunities across core and emerging sectors • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards • Guide teams on procurement and cost management strategies

Requirements: • 15+ years of experience in mechanical design • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity • P.Eng certification in British Columbia required • Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering • LEED AP or Passive House certification is a plus
