This role requires installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of critical building systems, ensuring optimal functionality. You will also engage in preventative care for HVAC and other mechanical systems, helping to maintain a safe and environmentally compliant space. A strong focus on quick responses to tenant requests showcases commitment to tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Install and maintain climate control systems • Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems • Respond quickly to tenant service requests and operational issues • Assist in environmental assessments and reporting • Participate in corporate health and safety programs

Requirements: • Completion of BES 1 & 2 is required • 2 years of experience in building operations is an asset • Must have a valid driver’s license • Entry-level Microsoft Office skills • Criminal verification check mandatory
