As an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing our automotive floor mat production line. This role requires expertise in manufacturing processes, tooling compatibility, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation and ramp-up of new thermoforming production lines
• Optimize production processes and achieve consistent quality
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct trials for new tooling and process changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
