Lead impactful community programs as a Program Manager at WCYR. This role involves managing services and training staff in a hybrid work setting that combines office and virtual work.

In this full-time position, you will oversee the quality and effectiveness of WCYR's community programs while providing direct supervision and mentorship to staff. Your strategic leadership will guide performance management and community engagement efforts, while facilitating partnerships that enhance program funding and reach.

Key Responsibilities: • Directly supervise program staff and enhance their performance • Develop and implement program strategies and evaluations • Engage with community organizations and address client feedback • Manage reporting, compliance,



and program budgets • Participate in agency-wide decision-making and planning

Requirements: • Degree in social work or nonprofit management • Minimum five years in community service, three in management • Familiarity with anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices • Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Responsible for client-centered service delivery
