Aspect Biosystems seeks a Scientist focused on vascularization in Vancouver, BC. This position emphasizes regenerative medicine and bioprinting for cellular therapy advancements.
You will directly report to the Technical Director, developing strategies for vascularization in bioengineered medicines. Candidates should possess a PhD or equivalent experience in regenerative medicine, with a strong foundation in vascular cell research. Your role involves executing assays, analyzing data for insights, and making meaningful contributions to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute in vitro and ex vivo vascularization studies
• Optimize assays like flow cytometry and immunostaining
• Analyze datasets for key findings




• Maintain rigorous experimental documentation
• Support regulatory data package preparation
Requirements:
• PhD in related scientific discipline or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years in biotech or R&D;, or 5+ years with a Master's
• Proficient with bioassays and cell culture
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Passion for addressing complex technical challenges
