In this role at LifeLabs, you'll engage directly with patients, guiding them through the specimen collection process. Your work will involve conducting phlebotomies, collecting special tests, and managing the necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and explain the collection process
• Execute phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Carry out special test collections and complete documentation
• Respond to inquiries while maintaining client relationships
• Perform data entry for requisition information
Requirements:
• Approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent preferred
• Experience with phlebotomy is a plus
• ECG training or experience beneficial
• Strong communication skills essential
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
