Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions will be essential in building lasting relationships and closing high-end sales.

Duties

- Actively reach out to potential customers through outside sales efforts, including community events and networking opportunities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored vehicle options that match their preferences
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics using CRM tools




- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the buying process
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and participating in promotional events to attract new clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end vehicles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Knowledge of automotive products, dealership operations, and B2C (business-to-consumer) processes is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, sales support tools, and CRM software
