We are currently hiring for a Care Solutions Manager and would be interested in connecting with qualified candidates.

The Care Solutions Manager will play an significant role in helping us build meaningful relationships within the community, develop referral networks, create awareness of our services, and support the growth of our home care programs.

Position: Care Solutions Manager

Employment: Full-time or Part-time

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Compensation: $22.00–$25.00/hour, plus potential bonus and commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed

Location: In person The successful candidate will be responsible for areas such as:

Developing and maintaining community and referral-source relationships

Generating and converting leads into new clients

Conducting client consultations and assessments

Supporting business development, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives





Building partnerships with community and industry organizations

Maintaining client and business-development records

Working toward sales, service, and operational targets

Traveling to meet referral partners, prospective clients, and their support networks

We are particularly interested in candidates who have 1–2 years of recent sales or business development experience, especially in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or a related service environment. Experience with community networking, relationship building, customer service, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and business development would be an asset.

A valid Class 5 driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred/required for the position.
