Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of daily living care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, safety, and well-being by delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Your energy, empathy, and proactive approach will help create a positive environment that fosters comfort and dignity for those you serve.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance quality of life
- Monitor health status by observing changes in condition and reporting concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe environment
- Support medication reminders and ensure medication schedules are followed accurately
- Document care activities,



observations, and any incidents clearly and promptly in client records

Qualifications

- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical tasks involved in caregiving
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
