Duties

- Assist senior carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks to contribute to structural integrity
- Participate in cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding projects to enhance finishing work
- Help with roofing, siding, and exterior restoration tasks to ensure durable and high-quality results
- Perform general construction painting, caulking, and assembly work to prepare sites for completion




- Support plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision to broaden your technical skills

Requirements

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Prior construction experience or handyman experience is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in carpentry and related trades
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
