Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter with an active Reliability Clearance to join our dynamic team.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support structural integrity
- Install cabinetry, flooring, siding, roofing, tile, and other finishing elements with precision
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and scaffolding safely and effectively during construction activities
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general handyman tasks
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as needed to support project requirements
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install woodwork and other materials following project specifications
- Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

- Active Reliability Clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and woodworking
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating




- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry techniques, roofing, siding installation, and tile laying
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and scaffolding systems
- Experience with rebar installation, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, and drywall finishing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical work is a plus
- Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and project managers
