Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile carpenter to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, and more.

The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and various construction tasks. A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of construction tasks including framing, masonry, roofing, siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as rebar installation, caulking, electrical wiring, plumbing setup, cabinet installation, and woodworking.
- Measure materials accurately using construction estimating techniques to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Conduct site preparation activities including demolition, cleanup, and material handling.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting; adhere to all safety protocols during daily operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or general handyman work.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to construction tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces if required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation required for job site access.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
