Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofs, siding, and concrete forms using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like excavation, lifting, and concrete placement
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces to meet project specifications
- Utilize woodworking skills for framing, cabinetry, or custom carpentry projects
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or materials




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute detailed tasks
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
- Familiarity with siding installation and woodworking techniques
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
